Help us develop Arco4Web!

It is important to underline that the service is in a testing version, so we apologize in advance for any problems and conveniences. We will be glad to receive suggestions and ideas.

How can you resolve problems and send to us your suggestions?

Writing an e-mail at the following address: supporto@arco4web.it Let’s see some cases:

• If you notice any problems with transfer rate, please inform us about the slow window or report
• If the ERP shows an error, please make a Screenshot of it ( press “Stamp” key in order to catch the video, then paste in an e-mail) and send it to us
• If you cannot make the ERP run, please inform us about your PC characteristics (Operative System, others installed softwares, ADLS line, etc…)
• If you notice a lack of functionalities that are basic for you, show us those as clear as possible. If they will be valued as interesting, we will insert them in the basic functionalities

What Beta version means?

The beta version of a software release is considered to be a preview. It has all the standard features, but is not yet ready for wide release or sale. During this phase, the company will collect suggestions from users about the product’s usability, limits and changes, before the product’s wide release.
