On-line Assistance / Services
All the offers, considering also the “Basic” one, do not include technical assistance. In case of any problem you can sent an e-mail to us or use the pay-per-call service. (See prepaid cards)
At the moment, during this first phase of Beta service only the on-line technical assistance is active: supporto@arco4web.it. Send us an e-mail that shows bugs (errors), difficulties in use, or just new functionalities that you desire!
Services at your disposal with the “Prepaid Assistance” Card
Starting from January 2009 it will be possible to obtain the following services: personalization, in order to adapt Arco4Web to your needs
- HelpDesk - Service
- receive help and assistance on your Arco4Web system (*)
- Starter Kit is a package composed by activities aimed at facilitating the running of a business on the Arco4Web systems.
- HelpDesk - Develop
- request implementations and changes of the system that you are using (**)
There is a series of predefined services, find out additional Arco4Web services
Prepaid cards offer the possibility of obtaining those services.
It is possible to send an e-mail with your requests and to obtain an estimate. If you accept explicitly, the assistance will be realized and the cost will be deducted from your prepaid card according to the case.
(*) Costs are about 60€ per hour, therefore estimates are prepared on that base. Check the offers on the menu Arco4Web Services List
(**) This service will be active only with the Expert package available from January 2009
