After having explain what is business for us, we were wandering if we would be understood.
So we started an important reflection: it is obvious that we are running a new business, it is normal that we will try to make profit with this initiative, but we do not have to feel ashamed. On the contrary, we should be proud of the energy that we want to put into this project. We had talked about it and we decided to follow the way of transparency. As one of us said: “It looks like 2.0”.
Therefore, after an important exchange of ideas, we decided to express the synthesis of our reflections. Banally, it has appeared that we share a group of values, a sort of ethics we should say, that includes work and all the ways in which we could change the world. We defined it “ethics of work and proactive good sense”, as the result of different politics and religious points of view.
We are for the progress, for the social and economic evolution (we know that the second is not possible without the first). We are for hard, honest and respectful workers. We believe in
the power of ideas and projectuality. We are for the merit, we believe that duties come first in order to obtain rights. We are for accomplishing the task with passion, we are for the application after the study. We are for creativity, the real human essence. We are with those people who are models. We are for seriousness and constancy. We are for recovering our fathers’ energies during the ’60s. We never star a phrase with a NO, or at most with a YES, BUT.
We are against ideologies that are an end unto themselves, we are against every kind of fundamentalism, we believe in the history of thought and in the respect of religions.
The desire of innovation, the desire of running towards the future. Creating, understanding, directing the new is the true mission of a modern business, respecting all the principles said before and encouraging the Environmental sustainability.
We are dreamers, too. We dream about a world where everything is possible if you really want it.
We dream about a world where young people could revert to think and create, we dream about a country to be proud of, for its civility, richness and solidarity. We dream about a country where politics takes back its true mission, that is, from our point of view, the service: a country where every person does his job in the best way.
We dream about a world that, even if it moves towards the future, will not burn natural resources unnecessarily.
Finally, we wish that people who will guide us could dream about wonderful and far-seeing dreams every night. And, during the day, with the same passion, they could build a better world
This is our ethics, our inspiration, and by it we will be guided with willingness and perseverance.
