The “Security Agreement” formally protects users and firms that use Arco4Web.

Let’s see in detail each point of the “Security Agreement”:

Sinapsi Srl will:

1. Provide security for the data that stores on its Servers, both physically and logically;
2. Not use data on the customer’s database for commercial goals, or for selling customer’s data to a third party
   1. Data access will be allowed only if the customer will request expressly changes or specific interventions or in case of malfunctions that could harm the stability of data;
   2. Not copy, neither partially nor totally, data tables without the customer’s explicit authorization;
   3. Not export, out of server area (firms that detains servers), tables or parts of those, without customer’s explicit authorization;
   4. Not use customer’s data for goals that are not strictly pertaining to technical needs of the system.
3. Cancel a Domain with all its data in case of Customer’s explicit request (written request);
4. Backup (for subscription to Premium, Expert, Gold, Enterprise offers)
   1. Keep track of(physical position) all the backups realized in order to not lose physical supports with customer’s data;
   2. Destroy physical supports if those have become obsolete and not usable.
5. Destroy customers’ data if customers’ domains and activity would be abandoned;
6. Protect Sinapsi’s workers’ passwords through rules and a specific protocol;
7. Use all the technologies at its disposal in order to guarantee the highest level of system security
   1. Encrypted channel for communication between User’s client and Arco4Web’s servers;
   2. Subdivision on Database of different customers’ data;
   3. Appropriate Databases ‘ and Arco4Web’s passwords management ( DBMS PostgreSQL )
      1. Periodical change of Internet Passwords;
      2. Protection of password lists from external violations.
8. Verify periodically the state of efficiency of defence systems (Security of Arco4Web Channel, Firewall; physical security, etc…)  (*)
   1. Evaluate risks of physical violation in server areas;
   2. Evaluate risks of Computer Violation (External access, Wi-Fi);
   3. Evaluate risks of Infra-Domain access [a domain's users enter in a different domain].
9. 6. GUARANTEE, OBVIOUSLY, THE RESPECT OF ALL THE LAWS OF THE STATE AND ESPECIALLY THE PRIVACY AND SECURITY LAWS.

(*) Evaluations of risks signalled have already been studied and evaluated. We will continue periodically these evaluations, since security levels could not be no longer suitable next year.
