Backup restore and evaluation

Starting from the Premium license, it is possible to request the storage on a specific domain (different from the present one) in which are saved all your current data, your firm’s data at a certain date according to the data storage modalities. (the previous 30 days, the last 24 weeks).

Once the needs have been evaluated, it is possible to opt for the storage of a backup on the official domain.(*)

(*) For every other particular need (partial restores, etc.), to request a cost estimate and assistance to Arco4Web staff is required.

Extended table Activation

In order to increase the number of specific Fields where to store information, it is possible to extend normal tables, Client master data, Product master data, Delivery Notes, Active Invoices, etc.. Every extended table can reach 200 Fields in order to store all your data

Extended table activation includes:

• Implementation of the referring Form (Window)
• Implementation of a report, where your data will appear

Master data tables import

It is possible to request the table import in Arco4Web. An Excel file for every table with fields separated on different columns is required.
Attention: functional groups, such as Invoices, Delivery notes or Prime entry do not correspond to a table, therefore they cannot be included in this evaluation.
